From an athlete to athlete

As an athlete, I’ve been through it all — and I’m done with all the fluff.

I don’t just tell you what to do — I teach you why you’re doing it. Every session is designed to give you real understanding and long-term results.

The goal is independence, not dependence. My approach cuts through all the noise.

Rewire your neurological connection

''I created beMaverick to help people think differently and unlock their body's true potential. I believe everyone can live a pain-free, athletic life, but limited sensory stimulation has suppressed us. By optimizing the way our body moves from within, we can feel better and move freely, the way nature intended.'' - Jeffrey Lo

Here at beMaverick, we do all our physiotherapy exercises barefoot

Despite this growing body of evidence, many clinicians still neglect fascia in their treatment approach—focusing only on muscles, and missing the bigger picture.

That’s where we do things differently. Our therapy puts fascia at the forefront, addressing the true root of dysfunction and helping clients achieve deeper, longer-lasting recovery.

For decades, mainstream anatomy has focused almost exclusively on muscles, viewing the body through a sole muscular lens. This perspective has shaped most traditional physiotherapy interventions, often overlooking a critical—and highly active system: the fascia.

Far from being dormant, fascia is a dynamic, responsive sensory network that plays a vital role in movement, stability, and healing. It acts as a bridge between the muscles and nervous system, coordinating how we move and how we feel pain.

''I cannot recommend Jeffrey highly enough - he is the gold standard for a physiotherapist. He is also a world-class athlete, highly knowledgeable, committed to his clients, a real subject expert, and an excellent teacher.

He tailored his sessions to focus on what I needed to improve, and he is creative in how he uses his background and knowledge to help achieve my goals.''
